How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Tookgender Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Tookgender Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Tookgender Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@tookgender.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
